Kevin H
Our daughter may be spending a month in Indianapolis. Looking for suggestions on a good, safe park for a single woman. GR "Scott" Cundiff
It has been a few years but we stayed at Lake Haven Retreat in Indy. Nice place. http://pastorscott.com/travel/2017/06/26/2017-lake-haven-retreat-indianapolis-indiana/ Quote Our "Here and There" Blog 2005 Safari Cheetah Motorhome
Ray,IN
Check out the Indiana State Fairgrounds RV park. it's an OK spot and quite convenient as it's inside the city, and usually has a lot of vacancies, + 24 hr. security. The state fairgrounds hosts many large RV events and of course the state fair in August. Quote 2000 Winnebago Ultimate Freedom USQ40JD, ISC 8.3 Cummins 350, Spartan MM Chassis. bobsallyh
We used the Indiana State Fairgrounds when we went to the Indy 500 for years. Good Sam, Airstream, and Holiday Rambler also used it for rallys.
NDBirdman
N/S/E/W? Big shytie. We stay in Indy Lakes campground when we go. I grew up south-west of there, it has changed and not for the better in some areas. Good luck in finding a reservation this time of year. Oh.... most the locals, including my family refuse to go into downtown area of Indy... not a safe place for anyone, little lone an unaccompanied woman!
