Kirk W
I just looked and Jim is right. From The Ranch website: Quote In response to the Coronavirus outbreak, only lease holders will be accepted into the park until further notice. The majority of our leaseholders are in the most at risk category and so this action is necessary. Sorry for the inconvenience and safe travels. LindaH
At the beginning of the pandemic all the SKP Co-ops shut down to everyone except leaseholders. As far as I know, those restrictions are still in place. Quote LindaH 2014 Winnebago Aspect 27K 2011 Kia Soul

kb0zke
Just got this email a few minutes ago: "The board has voted to open the Ranch to visitors/renters starting Monday, 1 February." BigTexRex
The Ranch started to open on 1 February but the New Mexico Governor posed restrictions which limited access to our park. But, now we can open on a limited basis (25 percent of available rental spots). If you're a daily or weekly renter, laundry facilities are not available, but if you're renting for two weeks or more it will be available to you after that restricted time. The Ranch does not take reservations, so call ahead to check availability--575.457.2303. We hope conditions will improve so we can offer even more rental spots and unrestricted access to our facilities.
