Zulu
So we're having some extensive (and expensive) engine repair done in northern Wisconsin, and I have an observation about the techs who have been working on our RV's diesel engine. Try to get a thin, short guy. I discovered this by watching my stocky mechanic wear out over the past couple of days -- especially when working over the engine through our RV's bedroom access panel. Arggggh. The poor tech has to twist his bulk into a pretzel while working on my diesel engine. brunsje
Commercial Truck Mechanics hate working on Class A Motorhomes because of the poor access. Glad you found someone to fix your rig. 2014 ShowHauler Motorhome 45' Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250
Alie&Jim's Carrilite
LOL When I've taken our HDT into the shop, they ALWAYS get the skinny guy to work on it. With the bed on the back and side fairings, it's either jack the entire truck up, or wait for the slim mechanic! Jim's Adventures Old Spacecraft.... Barbaraok
Place we take our rig for yearly maintenance have a lift that they place all motorhomes on to do annual - so the older, stockier guys do the review, drain fluids and identify problems for the lithe fellows to work on in the bays..
