As a commercial vehicle they are legal in about a dozen states. My guess is you won't see one at your neighborhood KOA. It wouldn't even fit in a lot of truckstops comfortably. 53' hospitality trailers are common in Nascar and other specialized purposes, like dressing rooms and portable suites for TV and movie location shoots. I could dig having one of these things if I could only figure out where to park it aside the Luxury RV parks that are around the country with multi thousand annual memberships and snotty neighbors. Money wouldn't be an issue, I really don't know which direction I would go...
