Currently Glendale, AZ. Previously Gilbert, AZ, and prior to that Tucson. So I have no experience with other stated. FedGovCo had no problem issuing my passport, known traveler ID, and political refugee card to me with this address as "home." Funny story though, the DHS office couldn't read one of their own ID cards in order to issue another form of refugee ID. They asked for...a state ID...before it was Real ID. Idiots.

I use a UPS store for everything including government "home" address and it works just fine.

Certainly a signal issue. Something most people don't realize is that antenna polarization matters. Imagine the antennas inside the device being shaped like a stick, just like an external antenna. Facing a device vertically or horizontally can make a huge difference. In my office, the Mifi will get good speeds when standing up on the bottom edge, but awful signal when laying flat. Try moving yours around, let it settle for a minute, then test.

Reboot the device. Where I live, I get knocked off LTE at random. My phone sits in a dock on my desk all day while I work. It changes bands due to coverage being poor here. The ability to force a device off LTE onto 3G exists, but I'm not aware of it being deployed. And in a conversation with my friend who manages AT&T's probes division, he said they actively try to force all handsets to LTE.

I've never heard of a carrier forcing anyone off LTE for over usage. They would rather have you on LTE instead of 3G. You are most likely in an area with sketchy reception for LTE. What carriers do when they think you've used too much is either de-prioritize your data (Togo is always de-prioritized), or actively apply a rate limit.

In AZ they will TELL you what your address is, but the address was pre-determined by your location and the way the state determines addresses.

Isn't the only reason to have internet so you can download porn? I like to know what the law is before I break it.

And that's just it; a mailbox is you renting a tiny piece of land for your mail. There's no real differentiation between renting an open space that you're never at, and renting a mailbox you're never at. I've only been asked about a physical address a couple times, and I just say "I travel full time in an RV (I don't)," and they stop asking. The firearm thing though has its own quagmire of laws and occasionally conflicting regulation.

Keep in mind though that lots of other IDs are compliant, even if the DL isn't.

Unrelated to telecom contracts. This is about web sites. Your cell contract is a written, bilateral, binding contract. Casual site usage is different.

Minor violations by individuals would never be punished with anything more than a cancellation and ETF charge. Violations by large groups/companies are a different story. Most I've heard of an individual being spanked with is a few hundred in ETFs. However, it still is illegal.

It is absolutely illegal. I run a VoIP company; almost any violation of our ToS is illegal. Cell carriers have even more protections than we do. I've also been bumped off a data plan for putting the SIM into an unauthorized device. It took months, but suddenly one day it didn't work. Call them, and they explained that they detecting me using a phone-only SIM in an iPad.

I would eventually learn from others like me, although we were commanded not to talk, that I was at AT&T's secret prison in Guantanamo. The torture wouldn't have been so bad if at least we had food and water. We were forced to eat rats to survive, and collect what rain water we could in our old dirty shoes. This was to be my life for the remainder of the AT&T contract term I had violated. To this day, I find myself craving rat meat and shoe water.

Real ID is part of the Patriot Act, so thank your republican legislators for foisting it on us. In AZ, we get a choice of a compliant or non-compliant driver's license. You can choose the compliant one if you need to use that ID for anything federally controlled. It's not so much a requirement on the state to do it, but that the old IDs won't be accepted for federal uses. I'm already required to have a different DHS ID card anyway, so I kept the non-compliant license, which has a UPS box address.

I would have assumed someone did have it, but we had an emergency years ago and the police came out. One asked me when I would be going home, because his records search only showed that one address for me. Not my home address. A couple years ago I did some work with a three-letter agency related to tech and the dark web, and they said they would bring my hard drives back to me at home...the postal box. I picked them up. I was not asked to show proof of citizenship that I can recall. I probably used my political refugee passport as basic ID. It's been a long time and I really don't remember that part of it.

What a mess. I think the gun thing all comes down to being a resident of the state, and proving it. I've never bought a gun on paper, so I really don't know what would happen with my ID. All of my ID and mail has a UPS box address, BUT...I have never put the PMB thing on it. So it just has street address then "#A104" behind it. This is probably a good lesson learned for anyone doing it in the future, though it seems too late for OP to change it.

Most canned stuff has a ludicrous amount of salt. For a few years, I've been buying only no-salt beans, corn, etc. Kroger has a few options, and Sprout's has nearly everything you can imagine in a no-salt version. My version of a five-can chile is this, again, with no salt added: Can of kidney beans Can of pinto beans Can of black beans Can of corn Can of green chiles Then add whatever other spices/hot sauce I might be in the mood for.

I use Google Calender's web interface on my laptop and desktop. On the phone and tablet I use the built in iOS calendar. All of them sync together to the Google calendar back end.

I paid around $250/mo with no data, no texting, just some phone calls. My phone cost $900, the battery was good for maybe 8 hours, and all it did was make and get calls. I had a stiff belt to hold the holster I carried it in. Today you can get that plus text and some internet with a $40 phone from the convenience store, and a $20/mo cell plan. The battery lasts three days, and the phone fits in a shirt pocket. I'm thinking you didn't actually live through the 90s. I was the second non-employee customer of Sprint PCS when they launched. The phone cost several hundred, and the service was "only" $75/mo for 1500 minutes, text only barely worked, and no data/internet without huge efforts. For me the real advantage to satellite is the reach for places in the West that have little to no cell service. We're constantly in places where cell either doesn't work, or you just get 50k or something unusable like that.

When we asked about writing off boat usage with the business (we would take customers out on multi-day trips), our accountant basically said he could guarantee that our cost to defend the inevitable audit would exceed the savings. He said we could log specific costs like fuel used for a clear business trip, and food, but not the living and working space itself. In your case it might be more clear if you're full time and work on board. But you really do need to find someone who knows this answer specifically. Perhaps someone from the Xscapers? There are a lot of working liveaboards there.

You might get more interest if you at least hinted at what you're looking to get.

Gun owners, employed people, and people who love liberty are leaving. About 100 people a day are moving just to my city from CA. Some town in Idaho just had a town hall meeting about the problem of too many Californians moving there. I don't know the demographic of people moving TO the state, but we do know that some number are illegals, and a large number are un/under-employed.
