Here's an excellent resource for slot canyons in the Southwest.  We've done some of these on our own which were free.  If you're looking for a tour it will cost you.  Always, always get a weather report from surrounding towns.  It could be dry where you are but raining elsewhere and in the desert the water flows fast and doesn't seep in.  It can flood downstream.

Antelope Canyon is on Navajo lands, and they're doing their best to get back some of what was stolen from them.  Can't really blame them.
