Mesa Spirit Special Offer

$1,295 for all of Sept, Oct, Nov and Dec. Thought I'd pass this on for anyone looking for a place to rest this fall. I've stayed there for 2 weeks ...you can read my review at rvparkreviews.com.

Cal Am resorts also offers a Fall special for the 4 months at 2 different price levels ($995 and $1395).

I'm encouraged to see that they are offering sites...with the pandemic I am worried about parks closing down.

I stayed at the Cal-Am Sunflower Resort  in Suprise last winter season. It was $900. This year it is $1,395 for Sept, Oct, Nov, And Dec. I paid $1,000 per month after that for each month Jan, Feb and March. It was a very nice resort with lots of activities, 2 pools, 3 hot tubs, shuffle board etc, a tiki bar at the pool. It was mostly park models, however, with RV sites mixed in. The sites were close but not on top of each other.

I got an email on this. Parks should not close, just close the amenities. And no gatherings like cards, art and other things. So they will basically just be giving you a lot.

Cal-Am has limited amenities open with social distancing and sanitation rules.  I know the pools and wood shop are open at one of the Mesa Cal-Am parks.
