ToddF
$1,295 for all of Sept, Oct, Nov and Dec. Thought I'd pass this on for anyone looking for a place to rest this fall. I've stayed there for 2 weeks ...you can read my review at rvparkreviews.com. Cal Am resorts also offers a Fall special for the 4 months at 2 different price levels ($995 and $1395). I'm encouraged to see that they are offering sites...with the pandemic I am worried about parks closing down. Todd
Twotoes
I stayed at the Cal-Am Sunflower Resort in Suprise last winter season. It was $900. This year it is $1,395 for Sept, Oct, Nov, And Dec. I paid $1,000 per month after that for each month Jan, Feb and March. It was a very nice resort with lots of activities, 2 pools, 3 hot tubs, shuffle board etc, a tiki bar at the pool. It was mostly park models, however, with RV sites mixed in. The sites were close but not on top of each other. And no gatherings like cards, art and other things. So they will basically just be giving you a lot. Bill Joyce
Cal-Am has limited amenities open with social distancing and sanitation rules. I know the pools and wood shop are open at one of the Mesa Cal-Am parks. Quote 2004 40' Newmar Dutch Star DP towing an AWD 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid, Fulltimer July 2003 to October 2018, Parttimer now.
