Snort
Hi, does anyone know of a book or have any ideas for very simple, very few ingredients for making meals in Dutch ovens or cast iron cookware? I cook mainly over open fire and I have several (6) cookbooks just for this type cooking but they all ask for way too many ingredients. We don't pack a whole lot of spices. Our little travel trailer is just right for us but lots of extras is not a good idea. I'd sure like some good ideas for meals that don't take 12 or more things to prepare them. Thanks! Snort
Hey thanks for the reply. Where do I find these recipes? Quote My link JESUS is LORD!
SWharton
I subscribe to 3-4 recipe sites but if you Google 1 pot and/or 5 ingredients or less recipes you should start finding them. I don't even bother with cookbooks any more, there is so much on the internet.
sandsys
One of my blogging friends loves the Cooking Light line of cookbooks. Velos
One of my vices since retiring is HGTV and cooking shows. A couple years ago I saw 2 ingredient recipes on Rachel Ray. I still make her oatmeal banana cookies, they are so easy I occasionally add 2 more ingredients: chopped walnuts and raisins. https://www.rachaelrayshow.com/celebs/17221_Sunny_Anderson_New_2_Ingredient_Recipeshttps://www.rachaelrayshow.com/recipe/17846_Sunny_Anderson_2_Ingredient_Chicken https://www.rachaelrayshow.com/recipe/17845_Sunny_Anderson_2_Ingredient_Zucchini https://www.rachaelrayshow.com/recipe/17847_Sunny_Anderson_2_Ingredient_Potatoes https://www.rachaelrayshow.com/recipe/17848_Sunny_Anderson_Peanut_Butter_Oats_Granola_Cookies Enjoy....
