ARGO
We may go, just wondered if I can get some input on the RV parking. We've gone before, but stayed in the Newmar corral area. You'd have to see the movie to understand..........
GeorgiaHybrid
There will be a bunch of us HDT types dry camping in the parking lot and several in the rv hook up sites. 2023 Thor Magnitude XG32

arboldt
OK, let me display my ignorance as a relatively new Escapee. What's in Tampa in January? A year ago we sold our S&B and went FT. Last fall / winter we were in Oregon and California. This fall and winter we're planning on the Carolinas, Georgia, and Florida, but haven't really set where specifically. We prefer to travel on a rather tight budget but aren't sure if we'll be able to do that this year. So ... what's in Tampa in January? SHould we adapt our plans to do that? 2004 Newmar Mountain Aire 37'. FT since August 2016
GeorgiaHybrid
It's the Tampa RV show in January. Depending on how it's counted, it is the largest or second largest RV show in the country. 2023 Thor Magnitude XG32
ARGO
I have gone in the past, but in the Newmar set aside area. What's the setup elsewhere on the grounds? Like, any power, how much room for a rig, any other important info so I can be with my REAL friends, the trailer-trash crowd. You'd have to see the movie to understand.......... GeorgiaHybrid
IT is dry camping only in the parking lots, no water or power unless you bring it yourself. We park our rigs on one row and the trucks next to the road on another row. The rows are large enough to put a 45 foot fifth wheel on them. There is a campground with 30 amp power on the other side where some of us stay but we haven't been over there. Google the Tampa RV show for details. 2023 Thor Magnitude XG32
