Unless you are like one "experienced" welder I fitted for. He couldn't seem to figure out why a Lo-Hy 3/32 rod would turn red and melt off before it was all used. He was only at about 135 amps........... Of course I was just a dumb-assed fitter that knew nothing about welding.........

I use to walk the cup but little now. Mine look just as good free hand. No Bragg just fact. Horizontal welds sag walking cup. Do a lot of heater work and no cup waking in there. Anyway wears ones shoulder out. Way too much work for a bead.
