rbertalotto
Any hints on how I can go about this. I spoke to a couple this weekend that own an RV pad in a park down in Florida and they reported that they are actually making a few $$ after all expenses. They use it three months a year and have the park rent it out the remainder of the year. Any info you might have would be greatly appreciated. k4rs
When I was searching for a lot, one of the resources I used was this web site: http://www.rvparkstore.com/rv-lots-for-sale I found a listing for one lot at Avion Palms, which led me to the park's web site and a whole list of lots for sale: http://www.avionpalms.org/?page_id=545 It has been over 2 years since we purchased our lot and we like it more every day. Retiredin1993
We purchased our lot in Titusville and rent it out for the winter months and it more than paid for our expenses for the whole year, and we can 8 months the rest of the year for nothing other than electric. Retiredin1993
Try Googling 'RV lots for sale Florida'. No all lots can be found this way. Many FSBO don't advertise other than a sign in the front yard. RonUS Army retired2010 Tiffin Phaeton 40QTH2016 Ford F150 XLT
Dranoel
Yes, that's possible. But if you plan on using it in the winter months, it won't rent for much, if at all, in the off season. However, we like idea of owning the lot and just bought in Nature Coast Landings. The rentals/sales prices will give you some idea of what to expect there. 2014 DRV Mobile Suites 36' RSSB3 2013 Ford F350 http://where-rv-going.blogspot.com
gfstryder
Like Ron, we purchased a lot in Titusville and found that all our ownership expenses were covered by the winter rental.
