Buying an RV pad in Florida?

Recommended Posts

Any hints on how I can go about this. I spoke to a couple this weekend that own an RV pad in a park down in Florida and they reported that they are actually making a few $$ after all expenses. They use it three months a year and have the park rent it out the remainder of the year.

Any info you might have would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

When I was searching for a lot, one of the resources I used was this web site:

I found a listing for one lot at Avion Palms, which led me to the park's web site and a whole list of lots for sale:

It has been over 2 years since we purchased our lot and we like it more every day.

Yes, that's possible. But if you plan on using it in the winter months, it won't rent for much, if at all, in the off season. However, we like idea of owning the lot and just bought in Nature Coast Landings. The rentals/sales prices will give you some idea of what to expect there.
