We left the scene of the hail storm crime yesterday, and are cruising up US 169 headed for Hillsdale Lake State Park until it's time to go to the Rally. Leaving Coffeyville in the next hour. Not an early start this morning (or yesterday), but only have less than a 3 hour pull today. We had our choice of close to 20 double length pull thru spots last night! I guess nobody is headed south yet!

We are continuing our journey headed to Central Florida along Hwy 10 looking for a new rig. Overnight stays so far, but will stay in Ocala for a few nights and drive the smart around to look. Of course we can't report on an RV Park as we are staying in Hotels until we get the new home.

Chad, I found that one of my cables was not anchored down correctly and would just slip out when a little pressure was applied. I was in and out of there 3 times before discovering that.

First off, I'm 6'2" and I get into the smart car and move the seat forward. I am still tandem and plan to stay that way. It has allowed me to get out of some "stuck" situations at least 3 times. Depending on what your future plans might be with a trailer (I know, we all say this is the last one), your pin weight might be a problem, depending on what you do with a large drom (for extra storage of stuff) (especially if you don't have side boxes).
