GlennWest
On my Litlium/ inverter projuct I have been comtemplating using one of the Mangum MPSH250-30D. They are very nice and makes it all simple. They are right at $1200.00. Seems I can go without and save right much money. Seems a few breakers and buss bars would do the job. Your thoughts. Midnites E panels are less but I would have to add a breaker for multiple inverters. Edited November 3, 2019 by GlennWest
GlennWest
unless someone tells me differently, i have decided on the Midnite MNE175STM-240-E panel. I can get it for $500.00. I has everything the Magum has.It comes with 1 inverter disconnect and I will have to add for each additional one. Same with Magnum. Only real difference is side mounted breakers vs front mounted on Magnum. This allows for 1 inveter to mount on door. Solar controler on side.I intend to use the Midnite Classic 250 controler. DesertMiner
Why do you need this panel? It seems to me most of the functions of this over priced attachment point can be replicated in a less expensive manner and with the option of greater flexibility. Do you have enough space to accommodate it?
GlennWest
Seems to me it may actually save space. I will have to buy boxes for the breakers, run all the wiring for them. Add the buss bars. The shunts and all the wiring and attachment points. Also my solar controller will attach to side of panel box. I may mount one inverter on box also. Just be one to mount separate. Saves a lot of time also.

GlennWest
The owners manual on the PAE converters really push the panels. Go to stacking inverters and that is all they really show.
