Orvil Hazelton Posted August 26, 2017 Report Share Posted August 26, 2017 Our daughter is a resident at the SKP CARE facility. I just got off the phone with her and all is well. They've had significant rain at this point, but no major flooding. CARE employees are spending the night on the premises to render assistance. I don't know whether the Rainbow's End park is open or not. I wouldn't encourage people to seek placement in Livingston unless there were no other options. Harvey hasn't really hit the Livingston area just yet. Head north. We're currently spending the night in Amarillo and then heading west. All is dry here.
