The 9200 series can handle (without a step down lug) up to 2AWG and that is what I would use. In that case an 80amp would be just fine. You "could" go up to 100amp, but there isn't much point to it and there's no need to max your wiring. Using an actual breaker is really nice so you are able to disconnect if you need to perform any maintanence or such on your converter/charge system. Al F Posted July 20, 2017 Report Share Posted July 20, 2017 Blue Sea Systems has a large selection of fuses. Here is a link to their 80amp fuses. They also have the fuse blocks to mount the fuses in. I researched my circuit breakers for my solar install through their web site and ordered what I needed through Amazon.
