hdrider Posted March 27, 2017 Report Posted March 27, 2017 Are there any Escapee planned gatherings at the Oshkosh airshow this year? Av8r3400 Posted March 27, 2017 Report Posted March 27, 2017 I'll be there. 9 or 10 days. I camp with my EAA Chapter at Relleumtdats, which is on the south end of the field just across from the Ultralight Barn. This is off-site camping, boon-docking, but far cheaper than EAA camping! hdrider Posted March 27, 2017 Author Report Posted March 27, 2017 There does not seem to be much for campgrounds in the area from what I see. We are pondering signing up with a tour group but that also is NOT cheap but it includes a bunch of stuff. Never being in that area it's hard to figure the best place to be and I'm sure traveling from surrounding towns would be a bear with traffic & parking.
