lockmup68
Looking at new residential range to replace the micro Amana RV range. I know a couple of folks have the Fisher Paykell unit. Any others? Looking for convection, gas, and 120v connection. Here's the Fisher Paykell unit:http://www.us-appliance.com/or24sdmbgx2.html?gdffi=1e2f1f21161340a5bb92274135f25ab7&gdfms=B60A391D99DA4672B3DE97D9809A1BCC&gclid=CjwKEAjw5M3GBRCTvpK4osqj4X4SJAABRJNC6dxQFzGSewyXsrht0fKGCcGlQ2KsXf3YPytQfYhWqxoCSGLw_wcB My wife is a baker, so really looking for a unit that can fit a standard size 1/2 cookie sheet, which is 18 x 13. 2003 International Eagle 9200i, Cummins ISX, Freedomline 2007 Teton Scottsdale XT4

homelesshartshorns
Stainless is part of the problem with the price! It is also too tall for my installation. Chad Heiser
Take a look at https://www.furrion.com/ We have their new residential style cook top and oven in our DRV. We are very happy with them. I think our unit was on of the first DRV's built with them. I know it was the first Alicia at Rolling Retreats had seen. They are both electronic ignition, so no pilot light to fuss with in the oven like a typical RV oven. The oven and cooktop are also a little wider than the he standard RV fair. The oven also comes with a ceramic plate you can put above the burner to help with even heating. This is our oven: https://www.furrion.com/store/appliances/ovens/ this is our cooktop: https://www.furrion.com/store/appliances/cooktops/gas-cooktop-stainless-steel-p-842.html They also offer induction cooktops. 2009 Volvo 670 with dinette/workstation sleeper - Walter 2017 DRV Mobile Suite 40KSSB4 with factory mods, dealer mods and personal mods - now in the RV graveyard 2022 DRV Full House MX450 with customized floor plan 2018 Polaris RZR Turbo S (fits in the garage) 2016 Smart Car (fits in the garage or gets flat towed behind the DRV when the RZR is in the garage) My First Solar Install Thread My Second Solar Install Thread & Photos and Documents Related to the build My MX450's solar, battery and inverter system - my biggest system yet! chadheiser.com West Coast HDT Rally Website

Chad, can you please measure the inside dimensions of the oven? The spec sheet does not list it, but It looks like 18" wide? Does and 18 x13 quarter size cookie sheet fit? Chad Heiser
I'm out of town at a conference in North Carolina right now (away from the trailer). I'll be home Wednesday and can check then. I'll see if maybe my wife can measure it in the mean time, but for sure I'll get it Wednesday if not. I know it is several inches bigger than the standard RV oven because we measured Tahoe Shark's standard RV oven in his Mobile Suite to compare it to my new style oven to see if he could swap his out. Mine was several inches wider than his, but I don't remember the exact measurements off the top of my head. I'll let you know. 2009 Volvo 670 with dinette/workstation sleeper - Walter 2017 DRV Mobile Suite 40KSSB4 with factory mods, dealer mods and personal mods - now in the RV graveyard 2022 DRV Full House MX450 with customized floor plan 2018 Polaris RZR Turbo S (fits in the garage) 2016 Smart Car (fits in the garage or gets flat towed behind the DRV when the RZR is in the garage) My First Solar Install Thread My Second Solar Install Thread & Photos and Documents Related to the build My MX450's solar, battery and inverter system - my biggest system yet! chadheiser.com West Coast HDT Rally Website
lockmup68
Thanks. The Fisher Paykell is a residential unit, apartment size. There are others, but most convections are only 240v vs. 120v. 2003 International Eagle 9200i, Cummins ISX, Freedomline 2007 Teton Scottsdale XT4
Chad Heiser
My wife measured the oven. She said the rack was 18" x 15" so an 18" x 13" cookie sheet is good to go.
