Nuke-E
This is an accident that happened several years ago. There were 2 girls in the 4Runner that somehow caused a collision, and both vehicles ended up off the road. I had been shown the pictures, but they hadn't been published anywhere--now they have been, and I thought this crowd might be interested in seeing them. I tweaked the title just a bit after seeing Billr's post about the Smart and elk. Both girls in the 4Runner were apparently unhurt, and it's said that--after they put the Showhauler wheels-side down--the owner drove it home. Here's a long video that talks about how they're built, and shows the pictures: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7yhKVPxr3kk 45' 2004 Showhauler -- VNL300, ISX, FreedomLine -- RVnerds.com -- where I've started to write about what I'm up to Headlight and Fog Light Upgrades http://deepspacelighting.com
brunsje
Nuke-E, Lonnie has a few more photos. There is a photo of the interior damage. Indeed, this rig is still on the road! Showhauler builds em' strong with all steel welded frames in the floor, sides, and roof. Other than a Prevost Bus and a few 5th Wheel Trailer builders, there are few manufacturers that make them this strong. Thanks for sharing the photos with the group. I'll be at the Showhauler factory in two weeks for some upgrades. JohnnyB 2014 ShowHauler Motorhome 45' Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250
