We have the WeBoost 4G Connect, and for best results we place our mifi device or cell phone directly on the indoor antenna. Agree, I have a signal meter on my phone and it shows little gain 3 ft or more away from the indoor "candy bar" antenna. I also place my phone or mifi directly on top of the antenna.
