Access Freightlener help

Curt, we were denied access. Received email:


On 5/14/2015 the request for xxxxx was denied. Requests are denied when information supplied on the application form does not match the DTNA warranty registration database for the serial numbers provided. The previous email we sent explained how to update the warranty registration for your vehicles, this can be done at any Freightliner/Western Star dealership.


We went to one of the nearby (50 mins away) Freightliner dealers and tried to get them to fix it but they had no luck. They could not see any problems with our info. We have not had s chance to do anything more. The original phone number you provided now refers you to another number. I believe it is an 800 #.
