OmniLynx Participant,

 

As a former participant in the District’s OmniLynx Wireless Internet Program, and due to the recent dissolution of the Program, we would like to offer a $15 refund for the return of your Verizon Jetpack equipment. Though your participation in this process is appreciated, it is absolutely voluntary. Here is how it works;

 

1. Complete the Contact Information Form at the link below Contact Information Form

 

2. Upon completion of the Contact Information Form, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. This label can be used with packing of your choosing, and deposited at any FedEx location near you. A FedEx Dropbox locator link has been provided below for your reference. FedEx Dropbox Locator

 

3. A refund in the amount of $15 will be deposited into your PayPal account for each operable Verizon Jetpack or Elipsis device that is received from you by our office
