We head back to the Rappahannock River NWR in Virginia in Sept. They have all but 2 of their employees promoted to other positions at other refuges so Ron and I will be managing the white tasil deer hunt program. Let's home that Nov in VA is going to be a mild one

Average Temperatures for Virginia in November

Having lived in VA for a combined 25 years, from the coast to the Piedmont, I can rest assured tyhast predicting its weather is a crap shoot. Nor'easters can affect the weather even 125 miles inland. Ice storms coming up from Atlanta can create havoc, and fronts that affect the DC area can also get as far down as Richmond. So I just accept that Christmas can be mild and Easter could be snow

We're done for the year volunteering. Just got back to the lower 48 today and heading to visit family and doc appointments. Then going to be Santa's helpers again at Amazon. Next vol position Jan 2 2016.

Snow has happen as late as May in that area. But doesn't on AVERAGE affect the AVERAGE November temps much. :)

Biker, I'm the number 4 post. I wasn't exactly asking and clarified in my next post that we lived there and are really accustomed to the iffy spring and fall weather there. My original comment was just a hope we have nice weather kind of thing.

But thanks for your weather research
