Called and talked with the owner, Don Mason Sr., and he helped me figure out what I needed and something better than what I was using. My old cables kept losing signal and I would not see anything on the monitor. I told him I only needed the short stretch cable, which he sent me, only to find out it was too short. Contacted Don Mason Sr. and he offered to exchange the cables at no extra cost to me. I sent the cable back to him, but before I could send the cable back, he sent me the new one. Now that's service and trusting in the customer to do what is fair. Thank you so much Dieselboss.com and Don Mason Sr. for great service and a fair price to boot. I wish all online companies were this good.
