Roger, Check Tina's blog for Charleston stuff we did. Plantation tour, carriage ride downtown, USS Yorktown. Probably going to the one in Bushnell after a few days in Kissimmee. Suppose to be mid 80's until Sunday.

If you guys make it over to the Ft Myers Beach area, let us know. It would be fun to meet up with you. We are part of the 2008/09 class and never posted here (but do watch it). We are here for the winter parked at Gulf Air RV Resort.

Happy Birthday, Joe, hope you have many more of them. We got up to ice on puddles and now are back in summer again. Viva Las Vegas.

Sitting here in Hawthorne, NV this morning and the temperature is 27 degrees. Dang will it ever warm up? Had a short day yesterday, was set up oin the park by noon. After a short Steve I did laundry and just goofed off. Should find myself in Lost Wages area before today is over.

It's going to freeze tonight according to the weather liar. Where are all those cowgirls when you need one? It's a two dog night and I don't even have one.

I've been waiting for the star party Saturday night and now that it's nearly here they are predicting cloudy skies. Bummer.

Happy Birthday Joe. Looks like you will get your birthday kiss in person ;)! See you sooner than you expected.

What? You're giving Joe a birthday kiss?

Joe pulled into the Elks today much earlier than we expected. Sooooooooooooo we ended up in Boulder City at the Pub for a late lunch. Then, we joined the Halloween Party at the Elks. Terry gave out early but the two party animals (Joe and I) closed them down ... well, kinda. Anyway, it was a great day.

Just Wanderin'

On a permanent vacation!

Hey Roger,,, where did you guys stay in St Augustine? It looks like from your blog you skipped right past us here not long ago. Maybe at Myrtle Beach. We are at Skidway Park by Savannah now and looks like we are following in your footsteps for a while.

Dave & Dianne,

You might be thinkin' about Tina & Jeff. We're currently near Charleston, SC and will be in Savannah area for only two nights on the 4th at Red Gate CG. Working our way to Orlando so that Lynn can see her brother before he has heart surgery the 19th. After that we're planning on finding Tina & Jeff at an SKP park. Don't know if you've met them yet...they're Classless too and we've hooked up with them about three times since Q and are a good time! Check our pin locations at http://rvclass2008.com/ and hopefully we can meet up!

Eric & Karla,

Sounds like there's gonna be more than a few of us Classless types in FL soon. We definitely should get together and put face to post...should be fun! I'm back to wearin' shorts again for what seems like months so, I think that we're heading in the right direction. :)

Forgot about Tina's blog...well done and good info! Have to admit that I'm guilty of not keeping up the blogs of people we've met. Would like to but, between following and posting to Classless, email, Facebook, researching our next move, etc. I'd have no time to have a life. This retirement thing sure is busy!

Did the downtown Charleston carriage ride thing yesterday...what a town and our driver was very good with the history and giving us a hard time from being from the "Land of Lincoln". Man, some of these Southerners can hold a grudge! He was a lot of fun tho... :D

Yep that pretty much says it all. Spending the later part of the day with good friends having good food and then to top it off with a party, just don't get much better than that. Well it does, but at that point it's illegal. :o

Eric don't worry about posting here cause it's the 08/09 group with us others mixed in. Going to Bushnell for a few weeks tomorrow. While there I'm flying back to Denver to see my Dad and the youngest daughter and her family for a week. On our way to Key west we'll stop by.

Roger and Dave it's hot here. Near 90 today cooling a little on Sunday to upper 70's then back to the 80's. The AC is getting a workout. Heading to the flea market and antiquing today. Come on down.

We met with new friends from the tour yesterday at Ft. Wilderness (Disney World) the place was Halloween Crazy. Most RV's and golf carts decorated way over the top. Wondering how they carried all that stuff.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOE!

AH Jeff - too funny that you did the Disney RV tour - we have friends from Tampa that bought a big class A - only place they have ever camp is at Fort Wilderness and they always go for the holidays - she has large bins for each holiday and of course a huge attic in her sticks and bricks to store them in !!! I am sure they were one of the RV's with the most lights!!!

keep the shorts handy and put away the socks and shoes. It is hot here. Upper 80's w/ high humidity. Sunday is forecasted to be cooler but then right back up there. If you get to Ft Myers area, do give me shout. 734-476-5575, we are right at the crossroads of Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. With a trolly stop right in front to FMB.

Tina and Jeff, we will be here, so give us a all once you are in the area..

14 of us LOWs went to the meat market for dinner tonight. (3 cowboys and 11 Cowgirls)Now that's the kind of odds I like. I'll have to admit it was a little hard to get a word in edgewise. We had a ball. All the Rally bunch have gone back home so things are back to normal. I finished putting 4 coats of rubberized coating on my battery shade board today and will paint it tomorrow if the weather holds out. Today was beautiful and after the weather prevaricator said 28 for last night it only got down to 39. I didn't need that cowgirl after all.

We met up with Terry, Jeri, and Joe for supper at Sam's Town casino this evening. :) Had a nice time and it was sure good to see them again. I mean that doubly because I got my new glasses today too. Been fighting the glasses problems over three states and I think I finally got a pair that will work well for me. At least I know that those "multicolored fuzzy things" outside the windshield are "CARS", yikes!!

We didn't think we were going to see Joe this winter as he is not going to be in "Q" when we are, but here he was. The buffet in Sam's Town tonight was all you could eat crab and prime rib, so we really had to suffer through all of that. Viva Las Vegas!!

We are going to pick Carol's brother up at the airport tomorrow, so It will be nice to see him again. He will be traveling with us to Zion and Bryce next week, so I hope the weather holds out. It's getting a little late in the year for high elevations. We hit a little snow yesterday on our way out of Utah. Nice here in Sin City with temps in the 70's daytime and 40's at night. I can take a lot of that. Oh well big day and now I'm tired, time to take a Steve ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Dave on the tour we stopped at http://stagecoachrv.net/ . It's not too far off the highway and an easy drive into St. Augustine.

Steve if you're staying a Samstown hope it's not in the Nellis Campground. It's not as nice as the main campground. IMO.

Hot and humid here in Kissimmee. It was suppose to be raining this morning. Already 70 at 8 am. Moving to SKP park in Bushnell today.

Yep 3 groups and what else was there to do but go out to dinner. :D So there we were, Doug, Toni, Terry, Jeri, Shelly,(Jeri's cousin) and myself sitting outside at the Boulder Dam Brew Pub eating, drinking, and talking about everybody that wasn't there. :P It was a very good time and the weather was perfect.

But all good things must end, or so THEY say. :( I'll be moving on down the road this morning, heading for Winterhaven and yet more good times with more friends. :)
