  1. Are you saying that Boliy parts are interchangeable with Honda parts?
  2. Yes, things have changed. I had a 91 40 ft Elite DP, that basically came with manuals for the stove, heaters, etc. I was jealous of a buddy with a 90 Beaver Marquis that came with documentation the size of a phone book. [back in the day when phone books were 10 lbs] That Beaver was still one of the best looking coaches I have every seen.
  3. That is just one, of many. All fuses, circuits, breakers etc are also shown in other diagrams. As for showing actual wiring routes through the rig, I suppose with a 15 ft travel trailer it might be possible and maybe even done, but with a 40 ft motorhome with multiple single and combined wiring bundles, and multiple systems, it would require way too many' diagrams. Mine does show the complete circuits, and often where the components are, but not the paths they take. Of course on the 110 diagram, it will show how the power comes in from the gen. or shore power or inverter etc and how it is switched, and then to the panels and breakers but not the receptacle they feed. I guess they figure that if it says "bathroom" on the breaker box, you will know where the other end of that circuit is. On the dc side, everything, [at least on my coaches] in the complete circuit is shown, just not the physical wiring location in between components. I am certainly not an electrician and will often spend way too much time finding an electrical problem, but having these schematics allow me to muddle through it.
  4. One of the 17 pages of electrical drawings that came with my coach. Might be one of the reasons Foretravel is still in business.
  5. Have had 4 Foretravel's and have friends with Country Coaches, Beavers, and Newmar's. They all came from the factory with pretty detailed 12 and 120 volt wiring diagram, specific to the coach they have. http://www.serenitysys.com/beaver/technical_documents.htm This might help.
  6. I bought two eu2000's after Ike [2008 ] with parallel kit. Ran them monthly with electric heater as load, had maybe 30 hours on them, [No storms since 2008], so just sold them with covers and manuals for $1200 for the pair.
  7. Older high line Class A Diesel that has big enclosed tanks.Newell, Foretravel, Country Coach. King Aire. Many will have a diesel fired aqua-hot for heat and hot water, that will run off your 150-300 gallon diesel tank, along with your generator. No slides to leak heat. Tanks should be big enough so that you only have to dump and take on water when convenient. It can be done, Got caught in a couple of snowstorms, coach actually did better that a lot of cars because of its weight. Just note on the aqua-hot, most that have that system will have heat exchangers in the water bays on a thermostat that will prevent freezing. With 100 gal+ of fresh water and the same gray and black capacity, you can be self contained for a long time and only get your hoses out to refill and dump every week or so. The aqua-hot will burn about 1/2 gal of diesel an hour, so 2 or 300 gals will last you weeks before refilling, Propane is only used for cooking and/or fridge, so only need refilling probably yearly. A lot of these coaches will have dual pane windows and heavy blinds on the windshield so heat retention is good. Plus is you can use engine heat to keep motorhome warm when traveling in that cold weather.
  8. Agree with Barbaraok, like the Escapees concept, but I also know Coach-net delivers, not always fast, but never a penny out of my pocket. Of course one time, tow truck driver said it would be a, extra $200 for me to pay, because he said Coach-net told him they would not pay him for pulling the half shafts, quick call to Coach-net got that straightened out. Coach at the side of the freeway shaking ever time a semi passes, is not my favorite place to be.
  9. https://www.tesla.com/semi The only problem is the charging stations, doubt if rv parks would want to, or could, provide them. But sure like the 60 mph up a 5% grade.
  10. Used by me and some movie stars. https://www.nespresso.com/us/en/machinelistblock
  11. You would probably need a mppt controller to use the higher wattage panels. https://www.solarelectricsupply.com/solaria-powerxt-400c-wx-solar-panel-wholesale-price
  12. Agree, if you buy direct from China etc., be prepared to lose your money. I buy a lot direct [e-packet] from China and most items are fine, and a savings over buying often the same thing from a US based distributor. I can afford to buy 4 or 5 types of led bulbs just to find the best one. If it doesn't work, I am out a couple of bucks. Many year ago, when Tyson first brought out the "bladeless fan". I knew I needed one, but would not pay $400. Found one that looked exactly the same with the same specs, so I said "the tyson is made in China so is this one, probably same thing without the tyson label." It looked good but only worked a week. Called their '24 hr' support and after several months of back and forth with me sending many pics and following their trouble shooting, [had to actually cut wiring to test individual components,] they concluded that a resistor was bad on the control board, and offered to send me a new resistor that I would have to solder into the control board after removing the bad one. That was a $200 lesson. Now I will buy bigger Chinese goods, but through an American distributor. I am prepared to pay a premium for being able to return defective goods to a US based company.
  13. In some states it is necessary to be a resident in order to leave your firearms at a gun shop.  [Wa. for sure] but a pawn shop will take your guns. I pawn mine for $10.

Pawn charges are normally $5 to 10 for a a 10 day period
