  1. I don't have the measurements, but it is just an angle bracket that is the size of the airbag plate. It is basically same angle as the hitch at rest at the white line so the bag articulates in the same plane as the hitch. just plumbs into the same airline as the other two bags. I'll see if I can get pics. While you are making a bracket, you can do the shock mounting brackets at the same time. I took some pics last year at ECR. He also had a leveling valve on his TS. https://i.imgur.com/MYf6Mu1l.jpg[/IMG

  3. I now have a line on a Chevy Volt batt pack. So now I have to start overthinking 48v. You guys are spending my money too fast..... so the Victron has dual AC inputs, so this means built-in ATS, right? it also looks like the 3000w models are only 12/24 volt. To get 48v, have to go 5000w model? the price of the 3000w's are about half of the 5000w, so maybe 2-3000w? Still only 24v? So is 24v better than 12v, better than 48v? Prob more work to do 24 v banks from the Chevy Volt battery? Too many questions again.....
  4. However. The Teton is two separate domes. Inside and outside. You can simply drop the inside and fill up the air gap with insulation. I’m thinking of doing this and mounting LED light on the top of the inside dome (under the insulation). Right now I’ve had the inside dome off since I ordered new one. New one sitting in truck. I’ll get around to it soon.
  5. I need the space for my head. I wish I could delete it. The funky teton inner dome size was expensive to replace.
  6. I think I'm going to go the Vicron route in spring. Still haven't pulled the trigger on everything.
  7. Need new blinds, DW would like the roller day/night shades. MCD does not have the colors she would like to match the trailer remodel. Automotion wants two legs, heart, and kidney. What other brands should we be looking at? Thanks,

I was out working on wiring in the Jacalopee, guy pulls up on a sweet Harley, "Hey man, nice rig. However, those Alcoa's need some lovin'. I've been polishing aluminum rims, tanks, and bikes for 35 years, can I help ya out?" He drops his bike off and comes back in his van, pulls out buffers and a generator and bucket full of supplies. An hour later, Mr, Ed doing his thing: Before: After: Can use as a mirror putting my makeup on now: I can't believe the price he quoted me as I've priced polishing out before. I gladly paid him what he asked and then some.
  11. yes, easy to unsnap and unpattern to replace tiles.
  12. someone posted a few jackalopee wiring pics a few days ago. I am not finding them tonight and I'm doing the terminal strips. Want to visually compare. Anyone remember what thread they were in? Thanks, Shannon
  13. The mobley worked out of the box off the ATT website for me. I got the power adapter off Amazon. We've been using it exclusively the last week until the wifiRanger gets here. It has to be rebooted at least once a day, seems to drop off after a while.
  14. I just did allure vinyl floor planks, all floating, with under layment. Worked good. Shoe mold on the edges.
  15. I think I'm going Victron, Cost is sixes with Magnum, but the display is calling my name. I also like the surge coverage. It is double on the Victron.
  16. I used the Mobley in Crossville for the first time. some testing in Crossville. not too shabby. Plugged it into the lighter today on way down to Chattanooga and back and worked great.
  17. congrats. The weed burner muffler on mine fell off on my main voyage too. $65 for a new Donaldson muffler, clamps were $25 each. Chrome adds horsepower I hear.
  18. So I bought two of these. one of the "has something rattling around inside" and the other with the broken stud. They arrived today. The one with the rattle, I took the panels off and there was a flat washer floating inside. I could not see anyplace where a flat washer would be sued or where it could have come off from. So I took it out and put the panels back on. The other one simply has a twisted off positive stud. I will drill it out and replace with a new bolt. Should be good to go. I got both of these and two remote displays for less than the cost of a single inverter, so pretty happy about that. One for the refrigerator and one for the truck.
  19. Drew Peroni is in PA, he might have some info. I'll ping him.
  20. Thanks for the diagram, that was very helpful. It's all the little things that are forgotten and you need to budget for.
  21. Thanks for the feedback. Actually, cost is why I started looking at the Victron. It is a bunch cheaper than the Magnum now. Best price on Magnum I can find is: Jet.com Magnum MSH3012M $1845 w/ free shipping. Everyone else is $2239. Victron is Victron Multiplus 3000 $1428 w/ free shipping. Lots of options to buy around this price. ME-ARC control is $239 everywhere Victron Color Control GX is $517, but the blue Control GX (single backlit led) with same functionality (I think?), just not full color support, is $271 So, just basic costs: Magnum 3012 plus ME-ARC panel = $2,084 Vicrton Multiplus 3000 plus Color Control GX panel = $1,945 So price being pretty much the same, which do you recommend? If I am reading everything correctly, the Victron has better efficiency, but the Magnum is more reliable? Now for even more dumb questions: What is missing from my list: 1. inverter and remote panel, 2. battery monitor kit with shunt, 3. catastrophe fuse (400a?)
