Vern I hope I’m not too late. If you’re still in the Nashville area. When my engine went down. A friend of mine had me take it to B and B Truck Repair in Murfreesboro, Tn. They are an excellent shop.

ET HITCH FOR SALE SOLD This is Henry’s standard 4 bag hitch with the Binkley top plate. It was purchased in the summer of 2010. Henry and Tommy converted it to the newer style cross bars at the HDT Rally in 2013. It was mounted on a 2000 VNL770, have used grease on the hitch since new. (yes I’m old school) The hitch has approximately 67,000 miles on it. Sold my HDT, new owner did not need. Located north of Kansas City,Mo about 45 minutes. $2300.00 you pick up or pay freight. Send me a private message to discuss. Or request pictures.

If you want a shop to look at it. I'd recommend Northland Truck Service 7731 East Front Street Kansas City, Mo 816-483-7790 talk to Danny they are not far from this dealer. They inspected mine 10 Years ago. And I've known them for probably 30 years. Great independent truck shop. You can tell them Rick Jennings sent you. Good luck!

Here is the truck when looking for help at the rally. Open your hood grab a fist full of tools grab a greasy red rag look under your hood before you can look back up, most likely there will be multiple on lookers willing to help however some will only want to offer advise, but you'll have plenty to help that is unless it's at meal time, happy hour or bedtime -
Call Brown I think it will pay to shop.

Steve and I both have boxes made by Brown Industries. They are located in Lawerance Kansas. And I think I can speak for both of us that we are very satisfied with the end product. http://www.bcvi.com/

It sounds like he lost his prime before he changed the fuel filters. Does the D13 have check valves in the fuel delivery system to keep this from happening that may of gone bad? Or maybe a lift pump? And I'm assuming you shouldn't start it on either like we used to do the older Detriit and Cummins engines when they lost prime.

Keep in mind tractor engine horse power vs PTO output HP. 3 point implements are rated at PTO out hp. Now if your just blading that's not a problem.

We bought a Masey Ferguson 39 hp 4 wheel drive, 60 in bucket, box blade and brush hog last fall. Haven't used it much. I like it so far. Jeff C made the comment when I ask a year or so ago to buy the one that you have the most confidence in the dealer. I paid a little more but followed my gut on dealer preference.

We found a part number on his old part. Googled it and found the part. If I remember it came out of Washington state. He will chime in here soon I'm sure. -

In Vegas during the winter we stay at the Clark County Shooting Complex. However it's just a large parking lot basically. No pool or amenities and NOT lick of shade. -
