Lance A Lott
Just got 4 new tires for the trailer from Simpletire through eBay. They are Sailun S637 235/85/16 14 ply 4400 lb, with a date code of 3217. That would be August 7-14 2017. So just about 7 months old. I ordered them on Feb 25 and they came on March 2. The day they said they would come.
NDBirdman
This looks to be average cost, what bothers me is will my rims take 110 psi? My rims currently has LT235 85 R16s with an 80 psi. If I had to buy new rims to accept the higher pressure, I'm now over the price of just buying new LT23685R16. No idea what the rim manufacture is. 2022 Coachman Leprechaun, traveling around to dark sky areas and chasing the stars.
Lance A Lott
the psi and or a weight rating will be stamped on the rim. I have found it on the inside. I will probably run the same pressure as I did before just with a stronger tire. I got the 14 ply tires to carry the same load my 10 ply tires were and they cost about the same. I noticed this got posted twice not sure how I did that.
