SWharton Posted August 25, 2017 Report Share Posted August 25, 2017 We brought our MH back from storage to find out one of the windows had broken in the bedroom. We contacted insurance and it was covered. Insurance passed us on to Safelite and then we were passed on the Duncan Glass in Elkhart. What a wonderful company to deal with. Asked questions, requested we send pictures. I explained to them we were transitioning to full time in a couple weeks and didn't know when we would be where. We did know we would be in Phoenix sometime this winter for a few months. This did not faze them, said they would ship the window to either a shop of our choice or their choice and the window would be waiting there for our arrival.
