All the Title bar "grayed" out when replying to or creating a topic

Is anyone else having a problem with the title bar being grayed out when creating a new topic or replying to a topic?

 

The title bar I am referring to is where you can click on "attach a link", manage the Font, and size of the letters, click on the "quote" icon, etc.

 

Even going to the "full editor" doesn't help.

 

I am using FireFox 48.0.2 which is up to date.

Everything's working as it should for me. I'm using IE 11 on a Windows 10 computer with the Anniversary update.

Thanks. I just found the problem. In the upper left corner of the title bar is an icon which is square. It was hard to tell that it was the only icon which wasn't grayed out. I clicked on it and the rest of the icons started working.
