RWeigant Posted June 10, 2016 Report Share Posted June 10, 2016 Went up today and took the motor cover apart on my 2011 Monaco Knight. There is nothing but the motor and gears. Two wires going down to the passenger arm rest where the switches are. Inside by the switch is a relay module and nothing else. I suspect that there is no wind sensor. So, all thats left is the switch and this module. Today the awning went out. When I released the switch the awning went back home. Tried it again and nothing. Relay module? rynosback Posted June 11, 2016 Report Share Posted June 11, 2016 Test it. Is the relay getting the signal from the switch? Is the relay collapsing sending current to the motor? Start from one end of the circuit and make your way to the other. Maybe something stops working once it heats up a little? A hair drier can help simulate that issue.
