Gen-Turi Exhaust System

We are thinking of getting a Gen-Turi Exhaust System.

We understand how it works and installs but have a different question.

Our exhaust is in the back of the MH and we have a Protect-A-Tow so we want to leave the 90 degree tube on all the time so we can run the generator without melting the Protect-A-Tow. We would add additional exterior insulation to the tube to protect the Protct-A-Tow.

Is the feasible?

Thanks

My generator exhaust also extended out the back where it would interfere with my PAT. I cut the pipe far back enough to add a standard exhaust elbow and brought the pipe out at the rear corner instead. The Gen-Turi adapter was installed there.
