SWharton
I am looking at installing the Pro-Fill systems(or something similar) for our house batteries. I give up looking for a sliding tray for the batteries and will go with a batter minder system instead. Looking at the system it appears I might need to get different length battery cables. Am I approaching this wrong? DW thinks I am.

SWharton
I think I mis-spoke. I am calling the Pro-Fill a battery minder. Forget the words battery minder. If I install the Pro-Fill has anyone had to get different length battery cables. Sorry about that.
Biker56
You shouldn't need any different battery cables. If one prevents putting the Pro Fill caps on. Unhook it and move out of the way until the Pro fill caps are installed. Then put cable back on. SWharton
OK. I'll take a look at it again. I have a tendency to not see the simple solution. DW says I make mountains out of molehills.
LindaH
We used the Pro-Fill when we had batteries requiring water and it worked great to keep the batteries properly watered. We didn't have to do anything about the battery cables in regard to length. LindaH 2014 Winnebago Aspect 27K 2011 Kia Soul
Jim Seward
We've used the Pro-Fill system now for 9 years and it works great, highly recommend the system. Jim & Sherry Seward 2000 Residency Mod. 3790 2003 Suzuki XL/7 4WD

SWharton
I looked at the batery compartment again, DW was right, I was making a mountain out of a molehill. Didn't see a simpler solution. I will order the system today.
