Sleeping trouble for married folks

Recommended Posts

May 2014 my primary doctor sent me for a sleep study due to my snoring. Exam revealed an enlarged tonsil. Cancer. Now, after Chemo and Radiation treatment there is no more cancer, no snoring, so inhalers for COPD, so blood pressure meds, and 85 lbs lighter! Sleeping like a baby...zzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Thanks so much for all the input.

It occurred to me that this could all be caused by nerve damage from a three month drug trial I was on. It's just been FDA approved, not much is known about it. In addition I have spent 2 1/2 years in chemotherapy over the last ten years. It's not unreasonable that pumping all those chemicals in my body has aggravated my insomnia. This bout began after I completed treatment. In the past it has only lasted for a day or two. This began in May and has been constant.

I'm going to get a neurological work up and figure out the best approach from there.

Thanks again.
