JimHipple Posted October 21, 2015 Author Report Share Posted October 21, 2015 I did complete the necessary forms today and sent in the check with all the other supporting documents.It did take two calls into the assesors office before I connected with someone willing to take the time to answer my directed questions about filling out the forms correctly.
