RV_
Thanks Dave, I enjoyed it. I met a CMsgt today in a wheelchair and a van that he drives and on/offloads himself. He was one of the P-38 pukes and in WW2. He is missing a leg from the knee down and when I asked if that was combat he said naww, Staph infection but the VA took care of him. Really nice guy. We were both in line at the register when I struck up a conversation and called him Chief. He said he used to be but for me, once a Chief, always a Chief. Yes, as Cinquini said, a lot of information is disappearing with the greatest generation.
