When I turn on my pc it says preparing windows and then I get an Msn page and a message that says you are signed in with a temp id and can not access files. chuckbear Posted July 26, 2015 Report Share Posted July 26, 2015 Run msconfig and see if ltcmClient.exe or ltcmScheduler.exe is in your start up menu. If it is disable it and restart the computer. It was loaded with some other software you installed, possibly for a printer. You don't want it or need it. Go to you Control Panel and under the Programs and features look for either of these entries and uninstall it. LtcmClient.exe is able to record keyboard and mouse inputs. Good luck.
