  1. Those dates sounds good to us too. Will mark it on the calendar. Not sure yet if we are coming west again next winter but if we do we will be there!
  2. Thanks all for the help. Looks like we will be taking 90 from Seattle all the way to Montana. Our designation first will be an RPI park in White Sulpher Springs. Sandie, how far is that from Helena? Doesn't look to far on the map. When will you and Jim be in Montana? We are looking at the end of June into first week in July. Of course this is written in chalk. Can't make any reservations until 30 days out.
  3. Has anyone drive Rt 2 across Washington State? We are starting to think of routes toward Spokane and on into Idaho for June. Trying to drive red roads instead of freeways all the time. We will be slowly making our way into Montana, Wyoming and South Dakota for the summer.
  4. Welcome to the forum from another Linda. Now I think there are 4 of us!! Keep in touch letting us know where you are. We are in Arizona right now but will be moving up the Oregon coast in May and up to Tacoma Washington for grandson's graduation in June. After that we intend to explore Yellowstone and South Dakota. Our paths may cross somewhere along those lines.
  5. Well we are finally getting some rain. I want it do more than just sprinkle. Needs to rain hard enough to wash the dust off instead of just sprinkle. Come on rain!!!
  6. Better make that before the crack of dawn if you want to make it there on time. Good luck and let us know when it airs.
  7. Ed has been trying biscuits and gravy all over the country to try and beat those at Crossroads. You would think that being in Virginia for so long last summer that he would have succeeded. But no, Crossroads in Parker has them all beat. He says its the biscuits.
  8. We arrived in Deming yesterday and met up with friends. Had a wonderful time at Pizza Hut. They tried to throw us out after 2 hrs but we wouldn't budge but finally we left after 3 hrs.
  9. We are moving right along and are in Fort Stockton at the Walmart for the night. It's a new Walmart, a supercenter, however the parking lot isn't much bigger. Already Camp Walmart with around 8 rigs already and its only 4:30. Watching the ball games. Go Seattle and of course New England!! Will be in Deming tomorrow for a couple of days before heading into Q. Still looking to arrive Thursday. Hopefully we can get a couple of buddles of wood in Deming. If not, we will get some in Parker. Is there a planned trip to the Desert Bar or will we wait until The Winter Blast?
  10. We will be spending a few days in Deming, visiting some friends and should be arriving in Q 16th. Is everyone planning on La Posa south somewhere? How many rigs are we going to have there? Can't wait to see everyone and meet all the new members of the Class-less Class!
  11. So when is everyone going to start arriving at Q? We are leaving here on Friday and will be in Deming on Sunday for a couple of days before heading in. Everyone planning on La Posa South again?
  12. We are crossing fingers, toes, legs and any other body part we can cross!!
  13. We probably won't go over until late afternoon. We'll pick up our mail at the same time. Weather here is typical for this time of year. 50's during the day and 30s at night. But its so much better than the weather we left in Kansas.
  14. No problem, we will go up there on Monday. If we have a problem we will let you know. See you in Q.
  15. Yes, we are still here. Won't be leaving until Jan 9th. Where do we need to pick up the magazines and will they give them to us? We will gladly bring them to you in Q.
  16. Yes, Linda, I agree with everyone. You will be missed. Stay safe as you make your way home.
  17. We had our exit meeting from Amazon yesterday and it was really great because they let us go a day early. Since there was a lot of bad weather coming, we decided to leave Coffeyville at 2 pm. We did make it to Grant OK staying at Choctaw Casino. We had to drive at night, which we really don't like to do, but it was either that or be stuck in Coffeyville today for all the ice. We had quite the thunderstorm last night but thankful it was only rain. Will be in Livingston later today. See every in Q!!
  18. We will be at our home park, Emerald Cove, in Parker for the month of Feb, but would love to come spend some time if everyone is in Lake Havasu. We did the Winter Blast 3 years ago and it is great.
  19. We now have water!!!! Went to Bartlesville and they were able to take the broken accumulator pump out and bypass where it goes because they didn't have one in stock. They have ordered it and we will go back next Monday to have them install it. Cost us $31.00 today....$24.00 was labor. Took about an hour. Can you believe that? They are very good and very nice. Made it back and then went to do laundry, Walmart and now we are home and it is now snowing again. Tomorrow the high is supposed to be 34. Can you say heat wave!!!
  20. We are not planning to go to Yuma this year. After the reunion at Q we will be moving to our home park, Emerald Cove in Parker. We plan on being in that area until the 1st of March. Really looking forward to seeing everyone this year. We just need to get by these next two weeks at Amazon. We have had 5 solid days of below freezing weather and today our accumulator tank blew up. There is a repair place in Bartlesville OK where we are going in the morning. No appointment just going to hope they can help us. Prayers would be much appreciated. We did get propane yesterday so at least we are warm. But no water. I agree with Jeri, its very hard to get everyone together to go out to eat. Remember when we roasted hot dogs over the fire the first year. That was fun.
  21. This morning in Coffeyville, Kansas its 8 degrees. Way to cold for living in a motorhome. Water pump is frozen again. We won't thaw it until we get home from work. If it wasn't for the bonus Amazon gives, we would be gone.
  22. Hey did anyone see 60 minutes tonight. Jeff Bezos was on and showed a lot of what we do in a fulfillment center. Saw the whole process. Plan on seeing a lot more fulfillment centers because his new goal is to have same day delivery!! Some using drones!!! It was awesome.
  23. Didn't know that Emerald Cove had 2 week only sites unless its one of those super sites, drive thru 50 amp spots.
  24. No none of us are homeless. It's just that most of our homes have wheels!
