Yeah, I have used GS & been relatively happy. I just hate giving Marcus any $ . It may be on sale for NEW members, but existing members probably can't get that rate.
-
They are telling me I would need coverage for EACH unit at $99 = $180
I'm checking others now, GS is $150
Keep 'em coming!
-
Tks for the reply. I'll call them & make sure they will cover an HDT.
-
Just got my love letter from Marcus. Note at bottom says Platinum membership required for fifth wheels. Now, I don't think I have Platinum, but I've about enough of Mr. Lemon-is and his ploys. Anybody else get this? Any HDT owners using anybody else successfully?

"....through rain & storm & dark of night.............."
NOPE. Here in Baltimore that line is replaced with
"even tho' we cain't reed or rite"

Sorry, NOT a big fan of the Pissed Office.

Wife got RIF'd 12/31, so we're taking as little income as we can. No, I won't take RMD. Now we qualify for all the freebies that the greedy have been getting for years

Update- tried to engineer a residential ice maker into the loop, not much success. Anybody replace the whole thing with another brand? Mine is 14" wide, most I see are 15".

When that happens, you gotta' lift your leg under the covers like real slow. Then reach over to her side & lift the edge of the covers & drop yer leg.................................

Yeah, but the joy of waking up unexpectedly to the cries of "You PIG! YOU PIG!!" makes it all worth it.

What did you put in for the ethnic question?

My yard here in MD would probably have it. BUT- I got one for Toterman (RIP) several years ago, & it was a bitch to get the bolts all out. FWIW, understand the factory unit is WAY overbuilt and heavy w/ serious latching/lifting mechanism, etc.. Depending on the loads you expect to put on it, building something like in boats or lower end RV's would be a lot easier. That's 2 seats opposite each other, table top sits on a pedestal. Remove pedestal & top fits flush w/ seats for temp bunk

We also will reluctantly cancel. It's too long a trip for one of us to get sick & make it back home. The rumor is that Tennessee is still evolving from local witch doctor health care...................

My 4WD 2014 was much higher than my 2WD 1994, and sat high in the rear. Dropped shackles in the rear made it sit level for minimal bucks & an hour labor.

Just got a quote from local spray-on guy, 7 large for 38' fiver. Dividing 7G by years I expect to continue to drive plus questionable resale value added to a 13YO coach doesn't factor out well.
-
Coach is in the shop, all roof caulk removed. Shop suggests I might consider the bed liner type stuff as a permanent solution. Anybody tried it, and comments welcome on cost, etc.

Cripes, I put in "HUMAN" & it was happy w/that.

Wow, you guys started out with paper?? Just leave a little pressure in the tank, "Instant Bidet"

In our sailor suits- we used to do that with a hot water bottle under the T-shirt, and grasp our chest at a bar. Then fight over the big pieces...............

First off, you'd get more light from a votive candle that the stock lights. If it's for aesthetics, go for it, but there's better lights available.

Geez, the first year I could go, too. Carl, you made the right decision. I'm still considering going if I won't be alone. Maybe a lot of alcohol will hold it at bay..............

WOW, I didn't think this was "that" kind of rally!
2020 Trip to Maine-comments & suggestions pls
in General RV Information

Well, the ECR blow out was a distinct disappointment. (Up yours, COVID!). Looks like we may try Maine this year if the plague lets us. Asking for suggested CG's, areas to visit, etc. We are more sea-oriented than inland. Times/areas to avoid such as the love-bug swarm down south. Any help appreciated. Going from Baltimore probably avoid NYC, go up & over.
