follow up, finally got hooked up and towed a bit. Not the mountains out west, but best we have here in TN and I was able to actually pass loaded long hauls going up hill! Excited to get out west and really test it out.

We have a Magnun Inverter in our Motorhome. I just put in all new batteries. The meter inside the RV where we check the inverter and turn it on now will not work. There i a constant green light, but the actual Inverter screen just has rows of dashes and does not work. I manually turned off the invester under the RV -- but am totally confused why that inside switch and screen no longer works. It is how I turn it on and off while camping. Can anyone give us an an idea how to fix it or what can be wrong?
what did Magnum say when you called support?

also, make sure the terminals on all the batteries are clean, grounds are solid.

This is REAL folks. I am not on the front lines like Chad is, but we are doing the research and trials to find treatments/cure. This is what I've been working on: helpstopcovid19.com. Collecting data from folks who believe they have been exposed or have been tested and diagnosed.
Stay safe and healthy. This too shall pass.

2k and 3.2k on the small end. Similar pricing to Honda and Yamaha's.

Hi so first like before it was running and working with SM CH codes but after the dealer did diagnostic they made it stop working. Getting ideas from friends they were also saying sensors, wiring, but shocking part is, it went in the dealer perfectly drive able and when they were done with it just stopped working and the EE code appeared. No other codes or lights. The air in tank gets full, no leaks. Someone said they stopped on purposely so they can charge a good amount to make money. so first i will make sure to check the speed sensors and battery terminals for the transmission. Is the In line fuse right on the battery? Is there any other steps to check after i done all the listed things above?
Did you download the full diagnostic manual linked above? Did you go through the diagnostic steps for the EE code? The manual is very, very detailed and easy to understand.
If it worked when you took it in, it must come out in same or better condition. I would contact the shop and if they don’t resolve, contact better business bureau.

Also, if no lights on the display, make sure they cleared the codes out and reset everything. I had no lights and there was a hidden ABS code in the computer that just needed to be cleared. Cleared all codes and then display came back on and everything worked fine after that.

speed sensors on the wheels , always do the easy stuff first
If speed sensors, usually ABS light comes on.
air is important. At least 90 psi. Check valve on tank? Any code on display?there is also an in line fuse direct to the batteries that is usually off the battery bank harness. -

Don't forget, more boost means more fuel per mile. More fun, too, but definitely drops mileage.
My mileage went up big time. I filled all the way up on way down, filled up before coming back. Burned a little over half the amount after the turbo fix. Cruise on 70 both ways. On way back was uphill too. Weird.

Crazy thing was a brand new turbo from Cummins was only $300 more than local rebuild/reman.
I need a new boost gauge now. Mine maxes out at 30 and it is going 32-35 (guesstimate).

I have a 2004 ISX 500/1650. Your boost is really low. Mine will hit 35psi when climbing hills at max loads. 30psi is very common even on gradual inclines. Oil pressure sounds good, mine hovers around 40 psi. I did Rawze's EGR tuneup. Definitely worth doing, but all the sensors are close to $700 from Cummins. If you can get to the Atlanta area, take it to Haggai Automotive and truck repair. The owner is a close friend of Rawze and one of the best ISX mechanics in the United States. I just recently had my EGR cooler and oil cooler replaced there.
closing the loop on this. Spent a couple days with the folks at Haggai. Had me fixed up in 48 hours. Amazingly enough, the intake was clean. the VGT on the turbo was hosed and the actuator/air control valve on the firewall was bad. They think the air control valve/actuator died and then the VGT kind of welded itself shut since it wasn't being activated. New turbo, actuator, air control valve, etc., stayed at 70 whole way home, even on the climbs around Chattanooga. It might have been fixable if the shop I immediately took the truck to would have checked things over vs. just replacing the EGR valve, clearing the rest of the codes and calling it good.
I also had them run the exhaust out the side vs. just dump underneath the bed. Always heated up the ramps and I'm sure the generator breathing that exhaust was not good. Nice to hear the turbo whine now.
Burned HALF the fuel coming back vs going down.
BIG thumbs up to Haggai Automotive & Diesel in Griffin, GA. He also knows the freedomline transmissions well, has all the software, etc.
