New Jersey full time campgrounds or trailer park?

My fiance, our daughter, and pets want to move into a travel trailer somewhere not to far from barnegat Township N.J. Full time. Right now my fiance is the only one who works as I stay home until I can find a flexible job.

http://www.campgroundreviews.com/regions/new-jersey/barnegat has a couple dozen campgrounds listed in that area. I did not read further to see if any are open year around. But, I will say that living in a travel trailer is not always cheap so I recommend you read these reviews carefully.

Most jurisdictions in south jersey are passing rules that forbid full time campgrounds. Bass River State Forest used to have winter camping. Further south, Blue Berry Hill Campground had some full time sites.
