I've pulled the valance off, and see the adjustment screws for the retraction speed and set points, but not a release or button to let the roller unroll. Any suggestions? Calling them in the AM. To pull it out of the clips, you press down on one side of the clip to release it. There are 2-3 clips from the factory depending on the shade. I added two more to the rear shade as it only had 3 clips on a close to a 5 foot shade.
