rbertalotto
I decided to add a bit more storage to my Forest River 19RR by utilizing very inexpensive aluminum diamond plate tool boxes. I wrote an article about it with lots of pictures on my web page: http://rvbprecision.com/rv-projects/forest-river-19rr-body-cargo-boxes.html Hope you like it! DuneElliot
This is something I need to do too. I lost a lot of storage when I removed the dinette and sleeper sofa and was thinking about something like this. How much were the boxes? How easy were they to install? 2007 Keystone Springdale 245 FWRLL-S (modified) 2000 F-250 7.3L SRW Cody and Kye, border collie extraordinaires Latest departure date: 10/1/2017 Find us at www.nomadicpawprints.wordpress.com

rbertalotto
I wouldn't carry anvils in them. But for wheel chocks, hoses, entrance matts etc, they will be fine. I figure 50 to 60 pounds would be fine. They are the same height off the ground as the sewer drains at 13". No way are they going to hit anything unless I take the trailer off road....and I don't plan to! The tounge jack is much more vulnerable and in 30 years I've never made contact with it. Cost was $75 each RoyB South of Boston 2021 Dodge 2500 - 6.4L Forest River 19RR Toy Hauler Roofnest Falcon Rooftop Tent www.rvbprecision.com
