heavyduty Posted May 15, 2016 Report Share Posted May 15, 2016 Has anyone with a newer freightliner m2 106 had any problems with a rattle in the steering shaft. It has play in the bushing where it goes through the fire wall. When you hit a bump it rattles and feels like the front axle is lose. I know it is not but freightliner says it is common. I do don't think a new truck with 2600 miles should be doing this. Just wandered if anyone else is experiencing this. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
