Kiltedpig
There is a KOA in the shingle springs area. There is a TT park in Camino and there is a park along I80 in W.Sacramento. Cal Expo and the Placer County fair have sites. I've seen the rest around Sacramento and I wouldn't park my car there. There is also a nice park in Plymouth which is close to Shingle Springs and the best part is that they are in the Wine country of Amador County. Ronbo
Cal expo is not for long term, anything more than a couple weeks is long term. I am at West Capital Rv in West Sacramemto. Older park. Very secure. They have been dumping a ton of money into the park. $495 plus electricity. They don't (can't) up charge for electricity. They just bill what the power co tells them to Bill. Bobi and Dick McKee
Another alternative in Jackson, CA is the Jackson Rancheria RV Park. It is one of our favorite parks. About a 10 minute longer drive to Sacramento than Shingle Springs, but a beautiful park on the top of a hill in gold country.
Barbaraok
Look at Imperial Manor MHC in Citrus Heights. For a month's stay, this would be a good choice. http://www.rvparkreviews.com/regions/california/citrus-heights/imperial-manor-mhc-55park Barb Barb & Dave O'Keeffe 2002 Alpine 36 MDDS (Figment II), 2018 Ford C-Max HYBRID Blog: http://www.barbanddave.net SPK# 90761 FMCA #F337834
Kiltedpig
I will definitely check this place out. I have passed this many times and didn't know they took RV's. Might just be my spot when I come back to Sac to visit family.
