Arizona Arboretum Seeks Park Host Couple February-March-April Superior, AZ: Boyce Thompson Arboretum (one hour due East of Phoenix) has an immediate opening for a couple to live on-site, taking admissions & assisting visitor center staff. Cash handling experience preferred; 20 hrs/person/wk earns water,sewer & electric; not propane. No additional pay. The Arboretum is a 300-acre desert garden collection that's at peak color (and busiest!) during March and April. Resident park host volunteers have described BTA as "Arizona's most exclusive gated community". We stopped in last year after Escapade and got to visit the staff once more and had a mini reunion. They are really great people with very nice RV sites and they even supply propane to the volunteers. It is one of the few places that we have thought of going back to.
