Phone App for SmartPhone....Anybody see one of these?

I want to leave a SmartPhone at a remote location. Then have it take a picture and mail me that picture to my computer or other phone.

 

Anybody seen a app like this??

 

I did find a Wildlife Camera that will do this, but the connection is ATT and that does not work in my area. So I guess I need a Verizon connection.

Do you need wifi at both ends or just at the receiving end??

We've used Presence for setting up spare iPhones/iPads as remote security cameras. It notifies us when there is motion in our RV, and records video that we can view. It does require having an internet connection on the sending side... no other way to send you content otherwise.

So how good does the internet connection have to be?? Can you specify the size of file for the photo it sends??
