Good plan. Get quality.

Unlike the old days, commercially sold MJ comes in all ranges of strengths and effects. Some is made to relieve pain, and some to get you high. We don't know what strain they had.

Las Vegas has been actively preparing for this for the past 20 years. They're currently the most water efficient large city in the world
They've been smart. Have you seen the solar farm just south of Boulder City? Impressive.. goes on for miles. Perhaps if the dam becomes inoperable that will at least help keep the lights on.

My 1000 is not living up to its rated wattage. I was expecting around 800 watts continuous for charging but it won't even handle that for 2 seconds. Now I mainly use it in parallel with 2 2200 Hondas so I can run my a/c and microwave at the same time. It adds just enough power to be able to do that.

Rags, but I keep baited mousetraps in strategic locations when that fails.

It used to be that diesel was always lower priced than gasoline.
That seemed to be true up until around 10 years ago, at least out west. Since then, there may be only a few months of the year it's lower.

When this happened a few years ago I put my concern point at $8 per. Now that I'm older and realize my days of hauling around a 5th wheel are numbered, I don't care if it's $10. The big upside to that is it may become a whole lot easier to find a campsite.

Smartview from the phone to Samsung TV isn't all that great. I couldn't full-screen the picture.

You should able to mirror to a Firestick, Roku or Chromecast device if the TV itself isn't capable on its own.
Good idea. I may just stop by my nearest Best Buy and see if a Samsung TV will work. I have been wanting to dump the Sony for a while now. Small TVs are pretty cheap.

I also have a Samsun A42 and what I found in this review indicates it does not support HDMI.
Bummer. It's a cheap replacement phone so I guess I get what I pay for. Casting or mirroring works fine to my Samsung tv, but not Sony.

My phone has a utility called Smart View, which sounded like the ticket, but it won't connect to my Sony TV.

, do an internet search to see if your phone supports HDMI.
Samsung Galaxy A42. Looks like it does.

The TV is connected directly to the phone's USB port with a cable that connects to the TV HDMI input.
I stop in at Walmart today and see if I can find that cable. Thanks

When on the road I have BOTH AT&T unlimited and Verizon unlimited Jetpack Hotspots with external amplified MIMO antennas, ... Fortunately I'm grandfathered in on ATT and Verizon older plans so its affordable.
So your grandfather plan mean truly "unlimited" with no throttling? If so, kudos, because from what I read that's either not available or just incredibly expensive.
I've read many posts, both here and other places, where people talk about their unlimited plans, using 50, or 100 gigs or more, and not ever being throttled.. or at least not to anything noticeable. I take these reports with a grain of salt.. but, for all I know they're true. I just don't want to change plans and find the gotchas later on, because once I change I can't go back.

a) The phone directs the TV to connect to the url of the content you want to stream. On my plan, this results in data usage that counts toward the monthly hotspot data allotment.
b)Some phones (I understand all iphones) can be connected directly to a TV HDMI input with an adapter cable.
a) I don't like the sound of that
b) that sounds better, but not hotspot data?

I want to get my Verizon data costs down, but not lose speed, coverage or data allotment.
I'm on an antiquated XXL plan, 28G a month, with carryover which doesn't always carry over. There's never any throttling, which is great, but it's getting pretty expensive. I see these "unlimited" plans, but that mostly pertains to just the phone data, not the hotspot.. which *is* limited, and what I've been using for streaming TV.
I've recently discovered casting, or, mirroring, but, I believe that requires an in-house wifi network which both the phone and the TV must share. I do already have a CCrane wifi antenna/booster system which I haven't tried but I hope would work. If not, I guess I need to buy another unit.
Your thoughts are appreciated.

Series. Much easier wiring, higher voltage less line loss, smaller wire, expensive controller handles it.

Well, my first attempt didn't go well. Leaking again.
I JB welded it back, or so I thought, but apparently didn't get it pushed back all the way into the fitting, so it was just glued to some carpeting material they used to support the drain pipes. Now I'm trying to file, cut or otherwise remove some jagged pieces of glue from the pipe, cut back the carpeting to reveal the actual receiver pipe, all while contorting myself through cabinets. This is not easy.
I'll either fix it or find some other way to wash dishes. Perhaps outside, or, the bathroom sink.
Ok.. trimmed everything up enough to stuff it back in. That hose is stiff and difficult to move. No leaks so far. Putting this hose back in place may become another setup chore. I hesitate to try to glue it again as that may not work and I'll have an even harder time getting it back in.

I learned a lot about electricity.

Replacement, in my experience, is about your only option. I think it's a hard drive failure.
Aiming my HD dish is getting harder all the time. Even the directv azimuth doesn't match between using coordinates and the zip code. And my receiver doesn't respond quickly enough when I do find the signal. I've left the dish , gone back inside, and by that time the receiver was indicating a signal.

I first heard of the board when there were reports of Musk comments about it. I now see that Fox has a headline on it but I don't know how much detail they have.
Fox having a headline about it says a lot to me. It's probably against the constitution, but, that said, 'some' political groups thrive on misinformation - and pretty damaging stuff. The 'stolen election' is a case in point. Differences of opinion are one thing, but differences of fact are something quite different, and can lead to some pretty nasty consequences.

Not changing anything. Just a few camping trips to parks within 150 miles as usual. I really don't care about fuel prices.
