inspired2rv
We are Americans living abroad, but returning to the US later this year and plan to become full time RVers. I've been reading the forum leaning about the advantages of MDT and HDT trucks vs the dually pickups. Are there suppliers of road ready converted MDT/HDT trucks, or do most of you go through the conversion yourself? I'd love some advice on this. Thanks! Chad Heiser
There are many vendors that sell converted, ready to roll MDT haulers. Not so many who sell ready to go HDT's. Some MDT conversion companies (in no particular order) that come to mind are: Mountain MasterWestern Hauler2L Custom TrucksSport Chassis The only company I am currently aware of that is a one stop shop for HDT conversions is: RVHLifestyles There are others I'm sure that others will come up with. 2000 Kenworth T2000 w/ Cummins N14 and autoshift 2017 DRV Mobile Suite 40KSSB4 with factory mods, dealer mods and personal mods - now in the RV graveyard 2022 DRV Full House MX450 with customized floor plan 2018 Polaris RZR Turbo S (fits in the garage) 2016 Smart Car (fits in the garage or gets flat towed behind the DRV when the RZR is in the garage)My First Solar Install ThreadMy Second Solar Install Thread & Photos and Documents Related to the buildMy MX450's solar, battery and inverter system - my biggest system yet! chadheiser.com West Coast HDT Rally Website
