Excerpt: "Windows 10 Mobile is expected to debut sometime this month, according to previous reports, but Microsoft still remains tight-lipped on any details that could provide us with at least a hint regarding the day or week when the new OS could see daylight. But Gabriel Aul, head of the Windows Insider program, did reveal that the Windows team is currently at work on giving the finishing touched to Windows 10 Mobile build 10586 before eventually releasing it to Windows Phone devices as an upgrade version. While the fact that 10586 is the version to be shipped to Windows Phone handsets is not really breaking news, this is more or less a confirmation that the release is near, especially because the latest builds seem to be running smoothly on the majority of Lumia phones. The biggest questions right now are related to the final version number of the Windows 10 Mobile upgrade and the date when it could become available to users."
